FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – June 25, 2020
Dr. Raul Garcia, a candidate for Governor, has received the endorsement of two accomplished leaders in Washington State, former Governor Dan Evans and Senate Republican Leader Mark Schoesler.
“The missions of State Government are to educate our children, provide for public health and safety, and create a framework which allows citizens to create the lives and businesses they imagine. We need a Governor who will work to create a new tone of competence and service in Washington State, and Raul Garcia is that Leader, “Evans said. “Innovation is a hallmark of our private sector, and the structure of state government is due for an overhaul. The pandemic has brought problems in our society into sharp relief.”
State Senator Mark Schoesler, a 5th generation wheat farmer from Ritzville, observed that Garcia had drawn endorsements from a broad spectrum of leaders. “I am a conservative legislator from the dry side of the State. Dan Evans is a more moderate voice from Seattle. We both see a better Washington if we reshape services and we see Dr. Garcia as someone who brings skill and focus to our future.”
